• Loss of data or account information.
• Losses caused by third-party payment processing delays or failures.
• Losses caused by Platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance periods.
• Losses caused by your failure to maintain account security.

In all circumstances, 88efb's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your 88efb account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
